We offer a Store Credit for returns.
Items that are still in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. This includes sale items.
The following requirements apply for returned items:
- Unperfumed; and
- Tags still attached.
We will not honour a return for items that do not meet these conditions.
We do not offer refunds on returned purchases.
We do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item, a new order can be placed using your Sert Credit.
We do not offer refunds for gift cards or credit notes.
Customers bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend that goods be returned via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
If your total order value comes to less than the $50 free shipping threshold after your items are returned, $8 will be deducted from your Sert Credit to account for the shipping cost.
We thoroughly inspect all garments and ensure they are in perfect condition before dispatch.
If you suspect your item to be faulty, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt and include your name, invoice number and photos of the alleged fault.
Garments will be inspected by our team upon receipt and an email notifying you of the outcome will be sent within 5 business days.
Once an item has been confirmed as being faulty, a refund/credit note/exchange will be processed.
Sert will not honour a refund for ‘faulty’ goods if you do not check your garments immediately upon receipt and contact us to arrange a return within 48 hours.
If your wear a garment despite it showing signs of 'fault,' you will be deemed to have accepted the item in the condition it was received in and the item will no longer be eligible for a return.
Garments that are damaged whilst being tried on or as a result of wear and tear will not be deemed faulty.
Garments that have been altered or that have been repaired cannot be returned.

Please enclose your Order Confirmation email in your parcel as we require this to identify your order.Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and you will be emailed your Store Credit within 3-5 business days.
